To do this I would do a complete walkthrough of you home, listing room by room, what needs to be done to get it ready for the sale. A home you live in is not the same home that should be shown to buyers. It needs to appeal to the most buyers to receive the most offers. To achieve this, you must remove any negatives and depersonalize and declutter. A potential buyer needs to be able to visualize themselves in your home. 90% of buyers cannot visualize the home beyond what they are seeing.
